Pulpwave is a listening app by Savage Studios. No listener account is required. Playback position and downloaded audio are stored on your own device.
The Android app uses Firebase Cloud Messaging for optional push notifications. Enabling notifications allows Google Firebase to register an app installation and route notifications to your device. You can turn notifications off in Android Settings. Pulpwave does not include Google Analytics or advertising SDKs.
Requests for the story library, audio and APK files reach the hosting provider at PRO ISP. Standard web-server logs may include your IP address, requested file and access time. Downloaded stories play locally.
The published stories and synchronized text are publicly accessible. Studio projects, original uploads, editing controls and generation API keys are not included in this listener.
